Common Questions

Everything buyers ask before their first order.

What is the minimum order?

We sell by the full truckload. Minimum order is one full load per species/size. Load quantities vary by tree size — see the catalog for details.

Do you deliver outside Long Island?

Yes. We deliver throughout NC, NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, and VA. Freight costs vary by distance and are listed in the catalog for Long Island. Call for quotes to other destinations.

Can I mix species on one load?

In some cases, yes — depending on root ball size and weight compatibility. The most important point is that you are selecting trees that come from the same nursery! Another consideration is timing, some trees are best shipped after new growth hardens off, like hollies, while many evergreens can move all spring and summer. Contact us to discuss mixed loads.

Do you offer planting services?

We do not plant trees ourselves, but we can recommend experienced crews in the Long Island area. See our Transport & Planting guide for unloading and planting requirements.

How far in advance should I order?

Spring season books quickly. We recommend placing orders 4–8 weeks in advance for spring delivery. Fall availability is typically more flexible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. A deposit is required to hold trees and a delivery date.
